What's Happening Liverpool

Welcome to Frazzled Cafe, an online facilitated peer-to-peer wellbeing support group, patroned by Ruby Wax, that is here for you seven days a week.

All of our meetings provide the same safe space to share, talk and listen; and you can find out more about our different meetings by visiting us at www.frazzledcafe.org.

We suggest you try each of them, so you can find one that’s right for you!

Frazzled Cafe have online meetings happening all over the Christmas period.

Join us for an online version of our Frazzled Cafe facilitated peer support meetings.

Frazzled Cafe meetings are designed to provide confidential and non-judgmental peer support, where people who are feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of life can talk openly, connect and feel heard.

If this is your first time attending one we encourage you to have a look at our website which will tell you a bit more about what to expect: https://www.frazzledcafe.org/about.

 SOUP-IT-FORWARD NIGHT!

WEDNESDAY 20TH DECEMBER 5-8PM

Bring family & friends for a festive eve of soup eating around the fire whilst helping support ‘Soup-it-Forward’, our initiative that ensures access to free soup at the Squash cafe for anyone who needs it, no questions asked.

Each year we serve over 1200 free soups in the cafe, 1500+ free meals in the garden, & 100+ meals on Christmas Day as well as over 350 veg boxes. This is made possible in the most part by the deep generosity of Squash members & customers.

In the winter, there’s increased demand for free hot food. Funds raised at our Soup-it-

Forward fundraiser will help us provide tasty, healthy soup & bread this colder season.

On the night there’ll be lovely festive vibes with a couple of delicious soups, as well as tasty cakes and hot drinks available in the cafe, a toasty fire outside, and a chance to do some ethical Christmas shopping! No need to book – just turn up!

If you can’t make it on Wednesday but want to pay forward a soup for someone, please do it here.
