This 7 week course helps us to understand what causes depression, how it affects our lives and the steps we can take to lift our mood. We also explore the close connection between depression and the way we view ourselves. Together we will explore: · Signs and symptoms of depression · Meditation for Calming the Mind · Challenging Negative Thoughts · Positive Affirmations
· Building Self-Esteem
· Making Positive Lifestyle Changes
The course starts Thursday 30th June 10.30am-12.00pm and runs as 7 weekly sessions at PSS 111 Mount Pleasant L35TF
