As you’ll no doubt have noticed, we’re always very keen to encourage people to talk about how they’re feeling. It’s always a good start in improving mental health.
And now, with our experiences of living through a pandemic, we thought it would be useful to share experiences about what has been helping you to cope through it all.
So can you spare up to an hour to chat about what’s helped? And could that hour be on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 1.00 and 5.00pm?
We want to put groups of two or three people together in Zoom sessions to have a chat with Tracy and Chloe. Tracy will then type up the chats and turn them into posts for Upbeat Liverpool.
We’ll also turn snippets from the chat into mini-podcasts!
