These Spring sessions will allow you to bask in the beautiful blossoming surroundings of the Dutch Barn while reaping the benefits of gentle exercise geared towards supporting your mental and physical wellbeing.
Starting Monday 17th of April from 10.15 - 11.30am the sessions will take place every Monday (excluding bank holidays) for eight weeks and is open to anyone who is under the PSS service.
