Breathe Easy with Restorative Yoga

In life we are normally so busy rushing around that we forget the need to breathe and just slow down.


This is where Restorative Yoga comes in.


Restorative Yoga is a restful practice which encourages the body to enter a deep state of relaxation using props to support the body.


Our Wellbeing Practitioner Cath Slomka will be running Restorative Yoga at the Avenue starting the 5th of June, 1.30pm – 3pm, for eight weeks.
