The service is accredited by the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and is part of the Upbeat Liverpool partnership.

You can sign up for free by clicking the button below. When registering, please select ‘Upbeat Liverpool’ and choose the area of Liverpool that best matches where you live. This helps make sure we can continue providing the service to you. The rest of the process is totally anonymous, and you’ll create your own unique username and password.
