Upbeat Liverpool

is coming soon

What is Upbeat Liverpool?

Coming to our city on 7th April 2026, Upbeat Liverpool is a brand new service that will be here to support your mental health and wellbeing. Designed by people who have real lived experience, Upbeat Liverpool will be easy to find, easy to use, and there when you need it.

Created by trusted Liverpool organisations, Upbeat Liverpool brings together PSS, Mary Seacole House, Everton in the Community and Waythrough, with online support from Qwell. Together, we'll work as one service that’s welcoming, inclusive and rooted in the community. Don't worry, though, none of our organisations are going anywhere and we all still exist separately - Upbeat Liverpool is just the name of the new service we're teaming up to bring to you.

With Upbeat Liverpool, you'll be able to choose from a range of activities to support your wellbeing - including sport, yoga, gardening, crafts and beekeeping - as well as one-to-one support. You can get help in a way that feels right for you. We’re all here to support you.
